Water Department Clerk
Part-Time (approximately 20 hours per week)
Salary: $12 per hour
Work Schedule: 10am-2pm
Required Qualifications:
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Cash handling experience
- Organizational skills
- Computer skills including but not limited to: Word, Excel, and Access
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish
Job Summary/Basic Functions: Answer phones, receipt water bill and ordinance violation payments, vehicle sticker sales, issue garage sale and building & zoning permits upon application completion. Help mail out water bills and delinquency notices. File, photocopy, scan, and fax as needed.
