Any new applicant for residential water and sewer service shall deposit with the village the sum of $200 before the commencement, continuation, or reestablishment of water and sewer service.

Sale of Properties:
- Notify the Village Hall of ownership
- Have an Occupancy Inspection prior to closing.
- Inform new owners that they must register property in their name.
New Resident Water/ Service Application
Vacant and Foreclosed Properties
- A property that is vacant for more than 30 days is considered "vacant".
- A property that is in any stage of a mortgage foreclosure action is considered to be under foreclosure.
- In both cases the properties must be registered with the village within 15 days after they are considered "vacant" or under foreclosure".
Rental Properties:
- Have an occupancy inspection done each time there is a change in tenant/ occupancy.
- Have an annual rental property inspection done once a year.
