Welcome to the Village of Round Lake Park! Use this web page to begin water services at a specific property. Water services in the Village are terminated when a water billing account is closed. To re-instate water services, an occupancy inspection first must be conducted, and a $200 deposit must be submitted into the office. If you have recently bought property in the Village, or have recently entered into an agreement to rent property, you will need to submit a copy of the closing documents, or a copy of your signed lease agreement showing that you are the rightful occupant. The Village also needs a copy of an ID of the individual(s) who will be residing at the property. To submit these items, please use the form below or bring hard copies into the office.
Once all of the paper work has been submitted, you can speak with the office to set up an appointment to reinstate water services.
