On December 1, 2025, the Village Board voted unanimously to have the Ordinance regarding Vehicle Stickers be amended to eliminate vehicle stickers for passenger cars.
This is effective December 31, 2025.

Village Vehicle Sticker Information
*NEW* Vacation home/ Short-Term Rental (Air BNB)
A new ordinance was passed for vacation home/ short term rentals
(Air BNB) in Round Lake Park. If you have any questions, please contact Gina at gconover@rlpil.com. ALL Air BNB and short-term rentals must be registered with the Village of Round Lake Park with a valid certificate of insurance and require a License.
On behalf of the Mayor and the entire staff, we extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to Greg Cochran, his family and the American Legion during this incredibly difficult time.
